How it works
- Reviews written on product pages land in Reviews, in Waiting, Showing and Spam. Each can be shown, sent back to waiting, marked spam or deleted; “Bought it” marks a verified buyer.
- “New reviews wait for my approval” (on by default) and turning reviews off altogether are under “Product pages” in Shop settings.
- “Alert on a bad review” tells the team about any review of 3 stars or fewer; “Ask for a review after delivery” and “Turn happy survey answers into reviews” collect more of them.
