How it works
- Under “Presora defaults” in Automations, set up and switched on for a business with a shop: cart reminder (4 hours after), wishlist back in stock and on sale, pop-up code email, “Ask how their order went”, unpaid bank-transfer reminder, bad-review and low-stock alerts, Monday sales summary.
- Optional, with a switch: second cart reminder with a code, big abandoned cart alert, welcome code for new accounts, win-back after 90 days, review request after delivery, first-order thank-you code, new arrivals for idle shoppers, VIP customers, happy survey → review.
- Each is an ordinary workflow once on — open it to change anything.
