A gym website that turns "just looking" into a booked trial session.
Presora builds a website for your gym or fitness studio from a five-minute conversation: timetable, memberships, coaches and a way to book a tour or intro session. It also answers the questions prospective members ask before they ever walk in.
The problem
What gyms lose online without noticing.
Your timetable lives in three places
The class schedule is on a whiteboard, an Instagram story and a PDF from last spring. Someone deciding between you and the gym down the road sees conflicting times and picks the one that looks organized.Price questions arrive while you're coaching
"How much is a membership?" "Is there a contract?" "Can I freeze it?" These come in during the 6am class and the evening rush, exactly when nobody is free to reply. By lunchtime the person has signed up somewhere that answered.Trial sign-ups disappear
A visitor says they'll come in for a free session, then nothing. There's no record of who asked, when, or whether anyone followed up, so warm leads go cold without anyone noticing.

The pages a gym site needs.
Home
Shows the training floor, the kind of member you're built for and one clear button: book a free intro session or tour.
Classes and timetable
One current schedule with what each class involves and who it suits, so beginners can tell a mobility class from a conditioning class.
Memberships
Lays out your options, commitment terms and what's included, which answers the most common question before anyone has to ask it.
Coaches
People join gyms because of the people. Short bios with qualifications and specialties build trust before the first visit.
Book an intro session
Lets a prospective member pick a time for a tour or first session within the hours you set, instead of messaging back and forth.
Visit us
Address, parking, opening hours and what to bring, so the first visit starts on time and without confusion.
The chatbot
Answers customers while you work.
Do you have memberships without a long contract?
We do. Our membership page lists every option, including month-to-month. If you tell me how often you'd like to train, I can point you to the one that fits and help you book a free intro session.
I've never lifted before. Is this place for me?
Yes. Every new member starts with an intro session where a coach shows you the basics and the equipment. I can book you in now, and you can mention you're new so the coach plans for it.
When is the gym quietest?
Mid-morning and early afternoon on weekdays are usually calmest. If you're coming for a first visit, those are good times to book an intro session so a coach can give you full attention.
Example answers. Your chatbot answers from your own business information. How the chatbot works
What Presora sets up
Everything around the website, already connected.
A timetable you can update in one sentence
Type "move Saturday's conditioning class to 10am" or click the time and change it. The site is live on your own presora.co address with HTTPS, and version history lets you undo a change.Intro sessions and tours on autopilot
Set the hours your staff can run tours, how long an intro takes and how much notice you need. Prospective members book a slot themselves, and busy days like competition weekends can be blocked off.A front desk that never closes
The chatbot learns your memberships, class descriptions and policies, then answers visitors on the site any time of day. When someone is ready, it captures their details and hands the conversation to you.Every trial request in one inbox
Trial sign-ups, contact forms and chatbot leads all land in one leads inbox and you get notified, so nothing sits unread in a DM folder.Track trials through to members
Move each person from trial booked to attended to joined, tag them by goal or class type, and set a follow-up task with an email reminder for anyone who trained once and went quiet.Follow up after the first session
When an intro session is booked, an automation can draft a welcome email with what to bring and create a task for the coach to check in afterward.
Questions
Straight answers.
Can members book every class through the site?
Presora's booking handles appointments within the hours and length you set, which suits tours, intro sessions and personal training consults. If you already run a member app for class check-ins and billing, keep it and link to it from your new site.
We already have a website. Do we have to start over?
No. Presora can read your current site and rebuild it as editable pages in a gym template, so your existing content carries over and you can then change it in plain English.
How long until the site is live?
The questions take about five minutes and the site is generated straight away. Most businesses are live within a day on a free yourname.presora.co address.
Can we use our own domain and staff email addresses?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. You connect a domain you already own, Presora shows the exact DNS records to add, and you can create addresses like coach@ on that domain.
What does Presora cost?
Presora is free during the private beta. After launch, Essentials is $20 a month billed annually, Growth is $100 a month billed annually, Enterprise is priced with you on a call. Monthly billing is also available.
