How it works
- Shop customers (Customers in a store's menu) lists everyone who ordered or made an account, with orders, spend and open orders; filter by town, spend, orders and dates.
- A customer's page shows what they buy, their addresses and account: a password account, an account without a password (signs in with an emailed link), a guest buyer, or someone who only left their email.
- Accounts come from sign-up, checkout, “Notify me” and pop-up signups on a shop that takes accounts. The shop's account page offers “Email me a sign-in link” and “Set a password”.
- “Order without an account” and “Shoppers can make an account” are under Checkout in Shop settings.
- “Export CSV” needs the export permission. “Notes & follow-ups” opens their record in the CRM.
