A salon website that books the chair, not just the inbox.

Presora builds a website for your hair salon with a clear service menu, your stylists, a lookbook and online booking for appointments and color consultations. A chatbot answers new clients' questions about prices, patch tests and stylists while you're mid-cut.

The problem

What hair salons lose online without noticing.

  • Bookings arrive as DMs

"Hi, do you have anything Saturday?" comes in on three different apps while your hands are full of foils. Replying between clients means mistakes, double bookings and slow answers.
  • "How much for balayage?" has no one-word answer

Color prices depend on hair length, history and the look someone wants. Without a clear explanation and a way to book a consultation, new clients either guess or go elsewhere.
  • New clients don't know who to choose

Your stylists have different specialties: curly cuts, blondes, short crops. If the website doesn't show that, a new client books whoever is free and nobody is as happy as they could be.

Your site

The pages a hair salon site needs.

  • Home

Your best work, the feel of the salon and a book-now button that's always in reach.

  • Services and prices

Cuts, color, treatments and styling with starting prices, so clients know roughly what to expect before they book.

  • Our stylists

Each stylist's specialties and photos of their work, so new clients pick the right person.

  • Color consultations

Explains why color starts with a consultation and patch test, and lets people book one.

  • Lookbook

A gallery of cuts and colors that does more convincing than any paragraph.

  • Visit and policies

Location, hours, parking and your cancellation policy, stated kindly and clearly.

The chatbot

Answers customers while you work.

  • How much is balayage for long hair?

Balayage starts from the price listed on our Services page, and the final price depends on length, thickness and your color history. A quick consultation gets you an exact quote. Want me to book one?

  • Do I need a patch test before coloring?

If you're new to us or haven't had color with us recently, yes, we do a patch test ahead of your appointment. It can be done at a short consultation, which I can book for you now.

  • Do you have someone who's good with curly hair?

Yes. The Our stylists page shows each stylist's specialties, including curly cuts. If you share your details, I'll pass them on so the right stylist can get back to you.

What Presora sets up

Everything around the website, already connected.

  • Online booking around your salon hours

Set your weekly hours, appointment length and notice period, and block busy days like wedding Saturdays. Clients book a time without messaging you.
  • A receptionist for new client questions

Trained on your services, starting prices, stylists and policies, the chatbot answers 24/7 and hands each new client to you with their details and what they're after.
  • Swap the lookbook whenever you like

Click any photo in the visual editor to replace it, or type "add a section for bridal styling". Your salon's colors are applied from the start.
  • Know your regulars

Keep clients as contacts, tag them by service or stylist, and set reminders to check in with someone who hasn't been back in a while.
  • Bridal and group enquiries in one place

A quote request form for weddings and events collects date, party size and services, landing in your leads inbox with a notification.
  • Welcome emails for new clients

When someone books, an automation can draft a welcome email with directions and what to expect, and add them to the CRM.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can each stylist have their own calendar and service lengths?

Presora's booking works from the weekly hours, appointment length and notice you set. If your salon relies on a dedicated system with per-stylist calendars and service durations, keep it and link to it from your new site, and use Presora for consultations and enquiries.

Can I show prices as starting from?

Yes. The service page is plain text you control, so you can list exact or starting prices and change them in a sentence.

What if someone asks the chatbot something it doesn't know?

It takes the visitor's contact details and hands the conversation to you, so the question is answered by a person.

How long before the site is ready?

The setup questions take about five minutes and most businesses are live within a day.

What does Presora cost?

Presora is free during the private beta. After launch, Essentials is $20 a month billed annually, Growth is $100 a month billed annually, Enterprise is priced with you on a call. Monthly billing is also available.
