How it works

Under “Delivery” in Shop settings (“Payments & delivery” in a store's Orders menu): “+ Add a delivery method”, each with a name, a price (0 = free), an optional “Free over” amount and a note.
Tick “Collected in the shop” for pickup: no delivery address is asked.
No methods = no delivery line at checkout, so delivery is never charged and Google gets no shipping price for your products. A shop that delivers should add at least one method.
A “Free over” amount shows shoppers a bar for how far they are from free delivery.
The AI employee can also set the standard delivery price, free-delivery threshold and pickup through a setup plan you confirm.
