Let your best gardens do the selling.

Presora builds a website for landscaping and garden design businesses that puts your finished work front and center, explains how a project runs and lets homeowners book a site visit. Enquiries arrive with the details you need to judge fit before you drive out.

The problem

What landscapers lose online without noticing.

  • Your best work is buried in a camera roll

Landscaping is bought with the eyes. The patio, planting scheme and drainage fix you're proud of sit on your phone, so homeowners comparing contractors see a list of services and nothing to fall for.
  • Spring floods you, winter goes quiet

Every homeowner wants their garden done in April. Enquiries pile up faster than you can return calls, then dry up by November, and there's no record of who you never got back to.
  • Site visits for jobs that were never a fit

You drive across town to quote a full redesign and discover the budget was for a lawn cut. Without the right questions up front, half your quoting time is wasted.

Your site

The pages a landscaper site needs.

  • Home

A strong project photo, the kind of work you do and a button to request a site visit.

  • Services

Design, hard landscaping, planting and ongoing maintenance described separately, so people self-select into the right one.

  • Projects

Before and after photos with a short note on the brief and what you built. This is the page that wins jobs.

  • Our process

Site visit, design, quote, build and aftercare explained step by step, so clients know what they're signing up for and why it takes weeks, not days.

  • Request a site visit

A form that asks for property type, rough budget, timing and what they want to change, before you commit a morning to it.

  • Areas we cover

Your travel radius, so out-of-area enquiries stop and local ones know you'll come.

The chatbot

Answers customers while you work.

  • Do you do regular lawn maintenance or only big projects?

Both. Maintenance visits are listed on the services page, and design and build projects start with a site visit. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll pass your details to the team.

  • Roughly how much does a new patio cost?

It depends on size, materials and how much ground preparation is needed, so we price after a site visit. If you share the rough size and your timing, I can help you book one.

  • When should I book if I want it done by summer?

Larger projects need time for design and scheduling, so earlier is better. I can take your details now and the team will let you know when they could start.

What Presora sets up

Everything around the website, already connected.

  • A project gallery you can add to from the van

Click an image to swap it, or type "add a new project section for the cottage garden with these photos". Version history means you can always roll back.
  • Project forms that ask the right questions

The site visit request collects property type, budget range, timing and the brief. Every request lands in your leads inbox, and you're notified straight away.
  • Site visits on the days you choose

Set the afternoons you do quotes, how long a visit takes including travel and how much notice you need. Busy build days are blocked so nobody books over them.
  • A pipeline from visit to build

Move each client from enquiry to site visit to design to quote to booked. Tag maintenance clients separately, and set reminders to follow up on quotes that went quiet over the winter.
  • Answers during the spring rush

The chatbot learns your services, area and process, answers homeowners 24/7 and hands interested visitors to you with their details, even in the weeks you're too busy to pick up.
  • Seasonal follow-ups that send themselves

On a schedule, an automation can draft check-in emails to past clients about maintenance, or create a task for every quote that hasn't moved in two weeks.

Questions

Straight answers.

I'm not a writer. Who writes the website text?

Presora does. You answer a few plain-language questions about your work and area, and it writes a full multi-page site that you can edit in plain English.

Can I upload my own project photos?

Yes. Click any image in the visual editor to replace it with your own photos, or ask for a new section in plain English.

Can I keep track of maintenance clients separately from projects?

With the CRM on Growth and above, you can tag contacts, use pipeline stages and import an existing client list from a CSV.

How quickly can I be online?

Most businesses are live within a day on a free yourname.presora.co address with HTTPS, and you can connect your own domain on Growth.

What does Presora cost?

Presora is free during the private beta. After launch, Essentials is $20 a month billed annually, Growth is $100 a month billed annually, Enterprise is priced with you on a call. Monthly billing is also available.
