A florist website that keeps up on Valentine's week.

Presora builds a website for your flower shop or floral studio: everyday arrangements, weddings and events, sympathy flowers and clear delivery details. Order requests and consultation bookings come in through the site, and a chatbot handles the cut-off and delivery questions.

The problem

What florists lose online without noticing.

  • The phone melts on peak days

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the week before Christmas bring a wall of calls asking the same things: do you deliver to my street, what's the cut-off, can I add a card. Meanwhile someone has to actually make the bouquets.
  • Wedding couples need more than a price list

Couples planning a wedding want to see your style, understand how the process works and book a proper consultation. A single contact form with no context makes you look like any other shop.
  • Sympathy orders need care, not hunting

Someone ordering funeral flowers is not in the mood to dig for delivery details or wonder whether you deliver to the funeral home. That order should be gentle and quick.

Your site

The pages a florist site needs.

  • Home

Seasonal photography, today's cut-off time and two paths: send flowers or plan an event.

  • Everyday flowers

Styles and price ranges for bouquets and arrangements, with an order request form for the occasion and delivery date.

  • Weddings and events

Your portfolio, how the consultation and design process works and a way to book a consultation.

  • Sympathy flowers

A calm page explaining options and delivery to funeral homes and services, with a simple request form.

  • Delivery

Delivery area, same-day cut-off and holiday timings in one place, the most-asked questions you get.

  • Visit the shop

Address, hours and parking for walk-in customers and pickups.

The chatbot

Answers customers while you work.

  • If I order now, can it be delivered today?

Same-day delivery depends on the cut-off time and your delivery address, both listed on the Delivery page. Tell me the address and what you'd like, and I'll pass it to the shop to confirm.

  • Can you deliver sympathy flowers to a funeral home?

Yes, we regularly deliver to funeral homes and services. Share the name of the funeral home, the service date and time, and your contact details, and the team will confirm everything with you.

  • Are you available for a wedding next September?

Wedding dates book up, so it's best to check early. I can book you a consultation with the florist, where you'll go through the date, venue and style you have in mind.

What Presora sets up

Everything around the website, already connected.

  • Order requests with everything on them

An order request form captures occasion, delivery date, address, budget and card message. Each request lands in your leads inbox with a notification, ready for you to confirm.
  • Wedding consultations in your quiet hours

Set the days and times you meet couples, how long a consultation runs and how much notice you need. Block out peak holidays entirely.
  • Delivery and cut-off questions, handled

The chatbot learns your delivery area, cut-off times, styles and policies, answers customers 24/7 and hands orders and wedding enquiries to you with their details.
  • Weddings tracked from enquiry to big day

Move couples from enquiry to consultation to proposal to booked, tag corporate accounts with recurring orders, and set reminders for final numbers and follow-ups.
  • Seasonal updates in a sentence

Type "change the homepage to the Mother's Day collection and update the cut-off note" and it's done. Undo it later with version history.
  • A separate weddings address

Create weddings@ and orders@ inboxes with labels and forwarding rules, so event planning doesn't get lost among daily orders.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can customers pay for bouquets on the website?

Presora doesn't include an online checkout. Customers send an order request through the site and you confirm and take payment the way you do now.

Can the chatbot tell people our same-day cut-off?

Yes. It answers from the information you give it, including delivery areas, cut-off times and holiday hours, and you can update that information whenever things change.

We already have a website. Can you keep our content?

Presora can read your current site and rebuild it as editable pages in a florist template, so you don't have to start from scratch.

How many chatbot questions are included?

100 a week on Essentials, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Enterprise. On busy holiday weeks Growth gives more headroom.

What does Presora cost?

Presora is free during the private beta. After launch, Essentials is $20 a month billed annually, Growth is $100 a month billed annually, Enterprise is priced with you on a call. Monthly billing is also available.
