Finally, an agency website that isn't six months out of date.
Presora builds a website for web, design and product studios that shows your work, explains how you run projects and filters inbound leads with a proper brief form. New business is tracked in a pipeline instead of a spreadsheet nobody updates.
The problem
What agencies lose online without noticing.
Your own site is always the last project
Client work comes first, so the studio site still shows case studies from two years ago and a services list that no longer matches what you sell.Inbound leads with no budget or timeline
"We need an app, how much?" A contact form with just name and message means every lead needs a call before you know if it's worth one.New business lives in someone's head
Who was the referral from last month? Did anyone send that proposal? Without a shared pipeline, follow-ups depend on memory and slip when the team is heads-down.

Case studies with the problem, what you did and what shipped, the thing prospects actually judge you on.
Services
What you take on, from strategy and design to build and retainers, and what you don't.
Process
How a project runs week by week, which reassures clients who have been burned before.
About
The team, how you work together and where you're based or which time zones you cover.
Start a project
A brief form with budget range, timeline and project type, plus a calendar to book an intro call.
The chatbot
Answers customers while you work.
What's your typical project budget?
Our Services page outlines the kinds of engagements we take on and how we price them. If you share a rough budget range and timeline, I'll pass your brief to the team so they can tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Do you take on ongoing retainers?
Yes, alongside fixed-scope projects. The Services page explains how retainers work. Want me to book an intro call to talk through what you need?
How soon could you start?
It depends on the current schedule and the size of the project. Leave your timeline and contact details, and the team will come back with realistic dates.

What Presora sets up
Everything around the website, already connected.
A brief form that qualifies leads
The start-a-project form asks for project type, budget range, timeline and goals. Every brief lands in your leads inbox with a notification and spam filtering.A new business pipeline the whole team sees
Track leads from brief to intro call to proposal to signed, tag by service and source, assign follow-up tasks with email reminders, and import your existing list from CSV.Intro calls without calendar ping-pong
Set the hours you take intro calls, the call length and notice period. Qualified leads book straight from the site.Ship a new case study in minutes
Type "add a case study for the logistics dashboard project with these three sections" or edit in the visual editor. Version history covers you if someone gets carried away.New business admin on autopilot
When a brief is submitted, an automation can draft a tailored reply, add the lead to the CRM, create a task for the owner of new business and notify the team.Team addresses on your domain
Create hello@, newbusiness@ and individual addresses with full inboxes, labels and forwarding rules once your domain is connected.
Questions
Straight answers.
We build websites ourselves. Why would we use a builder?
Because your own site keeps losing to client work. Presora generates a finished site from a short conversation, and anyone on the team can update it in plain English without opening a code editor.
Can you bring over our existing site?
Yes. Presora can read your current site and rebuild it as editable pages, so you keep your case studies and copy.
Does the CRM work for a small team?
Yes. It holds contacts from forms, the chatbot and bookings, with pipeline stages, tags, follow-up tasks with email reminders and CSV import and export. It's included on Growth and Enterprise.
Which plan includes automations?
Automations come with Enterprise, which is priced on a call. Growth includes the CRM, 5 email addresses and your own domain.
What does Presora cost?
Presora is free during the private beta. After launch, Essentials is $20 a month billed annually, Growth is $100 a month billed annually, Enterprise is priced with you on a call. Monthly billing is also available.
