Programs

Every session is coached and scaled to where you are, so you get stronger week after week without guessing.

Strength classes

Strength classes

Small-group barbell sessions built on the squat, press, deadlift and pull. A coach watches every rep and sets your weights.

Boxing conditioning

Boxing conditioning

Bag work, footwork and pad rounds for fitness. No sparring and no experience needed — just learn to punch properly.

Open gym

Open gym

Racks, platforms, bars and plates when it suits you. Run your own program on a floor set up for lifting.

Personal coaching

Personal coaching

One-to-one sessions for a specific goal: a first meet, coming back from a layoff, or lifting with real confidence.

Mobility & recovery

Mobility & recovery

Slower, guided sessions for hips, shoulders and spine, so the heavy work keeps feeling good.

No mirrors full of selfies. No hard sell at the front desk. Just a coach, a barbell and an hour of honest work.

Ironside Strength Club

Built around the coaching

Ironside is a strength gym in Denver where every class has a coach on the floor. Programs build week to week, and every new member starts with a free intro session that teaches the basics before any weight goes on the bar.

You'll train next to people at every starting point — first-timers beside people who've lifted for years. What they share is that they turn up, put the work in and look out for each other.

Why members stay

1

Coached, every session

A coach runs every class and checks every lift, so you progress without guessing.

2

Beginners start right

Your first sessions teach the movements from scratch. Nobody gets thrown in at the deep end.

3

Programs that build

Classes follow a plan from week to week, so the weight on the bar keeps going up.

4

A floor for lifting

Racks, platforms and room to move — set up for strength work, not rows of machines.
