Why a page is marked Upgrade
Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- A menu item with an "Upgrade" pill isn't included in your plan.
- Clicking it opens Plan & billing with the plan that includes it highlighted as "Recommended".
- To switch, press "Upgrade to …" on that plan: it sends a plan change request to the Presora team in Messages.
- A page that's missing from the menu altogether is usually your team access, not the plan — ask an admin.
