How it works
- Presora keeps a copy of your settings every week (and just before the AI assistant applies a plan). You can't open these yourself; the Presora team can restore them, section by section.
- Covered: business settings, team access, website & chatbot settings, business info, automations, promotions, booking settings, services and staff, lead follow-ups, the blog writer, forms, shop settings, discount codes, mailboxes and mail forwarding.
- Not covered: products, photos and page content (pages keep their own version history in the editor).
- To ask for a restore, message the team in Messages and say what changed and roughly when.
