AI credits and the weekly AI allowance
Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- AI credits pay for AI changes to your website and automations: one credit per change. Your plan tops the balance back up every month; some plans have unlimited AI changes.
- The balance is on Plan & billing under "AI credits". At zero you'll see "You're out of AI credits" until the monthly top-up.
- Separately, each plan has a weekly allowance of support-bot questions ("Support bot this week" on Plan & billing). The AI assistant draws on the same weekly allowance; when it's used up, it resets with the week.
- More of either means a bigger plan — ask the team through Messages.
