Delete your business account

Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.

How it works

Admins see "Delete this business" at the bottom of Your account. It needs your password and typing the confirmation phrase.
It cannot be undone: it deletes the websites (a published site goes offline immediately), customers and pipeline, the inbox and email history, photos and files, support tickets and chatbot history, and everyone's access to the business.
For billing changes or help getting your data out first, contact support in Messages before deleting.
