Get notifications on your phone
Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- Go to Your account → "Phone notifications" on the phone itself. No app store app is needed.
- Android (and desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari): press "Turn on notifications on this device" and allow notifications.
- iPhone/iPad (iOS 16.4 or later): first add Presora to the Home Screen. In Safari tap Share (the square with an arrow), choose "Add to Home Screen", then Add. Open Presora from the new icon, come back to Your account and turn notifications on.
- "Send a test notification" checks it works. Every device that gets them is listed, each with "Turn off".
- "Notify me about" picks what buzzes: New leads (form enquiries, chatbot leads and bookings), Emails waiting for you (drafts your automations wrote) and Automation alerts ("Notify me" steps set to notify your phone).
- Each notification just says "Presora" and what happened, like "New lead" or "New booking" — no names or message text on the lock screen. Tapping it opens the dashboard.
