Phone notifications aren't arriving
Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- iPhone: notifications only work from the Home Screen icon (iOS 16.4+). If the page shows "On iPhone, add Presora to your Home Screen first", follow those steps in Safari, then turn them on from inside the Home Screen app.
- "Notifications are blocked for Presora in this browser": allow them in the browser's site settings, then reload Your account.
- "This browser can't show notifications": try Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Check the device is in the list on Your account and press "Send a test notification".
- Check the topic is still ticked under "Notify me about".
- Signing out on that device (or signing it out from "Signed-in devices") stops its notifications; sign in and turn them on again.
