Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- Plan & billing shows your current plan, what each plan includes, and meters for websites, team seats, email addresses, the support bot this week and AI credits.
- Self-serve billing isn't there yet: plan changes and billing questions go through support and the team switches it over.
- Press "Upgrade to …" or "Switch to …" on a plan: it opens a message to the Presora team with "Plan change request" filled in. "Contact us about billing" opens a billing message.
- Both land in Messages; replies appear there and by email.
- Teammates need the Plan & billing permission to see this page.
