Turn on two-step verification
Your plan, your team and what each person can open, notifications and settings.
How it works
- Your account → "Two-step verification" → "Turn on two-step verification". After that, signing in needs your password (or Google) plus a code emailed to your sign-in address.
- To turn it off you enter your password. Google-only accounts set a password first with "Forgot password".
- Admins can make it compulsory for everyone: Team → "Require two-step verification" → "Require it for everyone". Nobody has to set anything up; the code goes to the address each person signs in with.
- When the business requires it, your own switch can't turn it off.
