How it works

Projects tracks every job: its customer, status, key events and value. A website enquiry opens a project by itself as a New lead (unless that customer already has one being sold from the last month).
Statuses: New lead, Estimating, Quote sent, Won · scheduled, In progress, On hold, Completed, Lost.
Tiles: Being quoted, Booked work, Completed this year, Win rate. Switch between Grid and Board by status; search by name, address or number (P-1042, C-1001).
Each project has Key events (date them, tick them off, add your own), Notes (kept on the customer), Details (title, kind of work, value, address with Open in Maps, start, done by, description, why it was lost) and its customer.
"Quote sent" is a status and "Estimate sent" a key event; there is no separate quote document builder.
