How it works
- Leads lists everything people asked for through your websites: messages, quote requests, appointments, callbacks, reservations and chatbot leads. Filter with the tabs All, Messages, Quotes, Appointments, Callbacks, Reservations, From chat.
- A restaurant, café or gym sees this menu item as Enquiries.
- Each lead shows what they sent (and, for chat leads, what they asked the assistant), with Reply by email, Call, View customer, and Delete… (a customer already in your CRM stays there).
- Each lead carries what it's likely worth ("Est. $50,000"): the budget they gave on the form, or else the AI's guess from what they asked. The lead's name opens their page in your customers.
- Leads from an ad landing page are marked "From an ad".
- Bookings made on the website also show up here and in your inbox.
