How it works
- Form submissions shows everything visitors sent through the forms you built — job applications, estimate requests, sign-ups — with answers and uploaded files. Filter by form; Mark as read / Mark as new; Delete… also deletes its files.
- A form set to go to your CRM also shows up under Leads, with an "In your CRM" link.
- Manage forms (the Forms tab) lists your forms with Edit form / Edit survey, Results for surveys, and "Build a new form or survey". A form goes on a page through a Form section in the website editor; a survey has a page of its own that you send to customers.
