How it works
- Form submissions → Build a form (or Start from a template). A form goes on a page: add a Form section in the editor and pick it under Which form. A survey gets a page of its own whose link you send.
- Built-in forms (a message, a quote request, a callback, a booking enquiry, a table reservation) are also available in the editor's form picker.
- Where submissions go: Add it to my CRM as a lead (then it also shows under Leads), Email each submission (up to five addresses), and every submission can start an automation (trigger "Custom form sent").
- Every submission is kept on Form submissions with its files. File uploads are up to 5 MB and private to you.
- Survey results (incl. Net Promoter Score and Download CSV) are under Results on the survey.
