How it works

  • On your website's page, in the Domain panel under Your own domain: type the domain without https:// (e.g. yourshop.com), keep Also serve the www version ticked if you want www, press Connect domain. That opens Your domain with everything below; later, Finish setup → / Manage domains → in the same panel opens it again.
  • It then shows Add these at your domain registrar: an A record on the domain (@) pointing at Presora, a TXT record at _presora-verify proving you own it, and a CNAME for www if ticked. The exact values are on that page — copy them from there; never guess them.
  • Setup guide on that page: say which registrar the domain is with and it shows where to click.
  • Presora re-checks DNS by itself (or press Check now), then issues the HTTPS certificate automatically, usually minutes after DNS is right.
  • Don't want to touch DNS? Presora can manage the domain for you — ask the team in Messages.
