How it works
- Automations holds workflows that run by themselves: confirm bookings, tell your team about new forms, keep your pipeline moving.
- Presora defaults: workflows Presora sets up for you. "On for everyone" ones are already on — switch any off or open one to change it; "Switch on if you want them" ones are ready to go.
- Start from a recipe: ready-made workflows that open in the editor switched off, for you to check before they run. Or Describe an automation in your own words and the AI builds it (1 AI credit, or unlimited if your plan says so).
- A workflow starts from a trigger — a website form filled in, a call, appointment or table booked, a chatbot question or lead, a new customer or a stage change, an email received, a shop event, a promotion, a schedule, or only when you run it.
- Tiles show Switched on, Runs this week, Drafts to review and Failed this week.
