How it works
- Open a workflow from Automations. Blocks run left to right along the connections: email (Draft email, Send draft), notifications (Notify me, Notify team — phone and/or email), customers (Find or add customer, Edit customer, Add timeline note, Create task), website settings and promotions, shop blocks, AI write / AI sort, and logic (If, Filter answers, Schedule, Loop, Fork, Stop).
- Customer blocks need a plan with the CRM; locked ones show "Not on your plan".
- Test runs it with sample details: nothing is sent or changed (AI blocks do write real text). Then Switch on — it runs by itself from then. Run now runs it for real once it's on.
- Change with AI: say what to change; you see the result on the canvas before saving (1 AI credit, or unlimited if your plan says so).
- Undo / Redo: ⌘Z / ⇧⌘Z (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y). The Runs tab shows each run step by step and why one failed. More → Duplicate or Delete workflow.
