How it works

Promotions → + New promotion. Where it shows: Bar across the top, Pop-up, or Bar and pop-up. Set the headline, the bar's one-line message, a button and fine print.
Starts / Ends switch it on and off by themselves (empty start = as soon as saved; empty end = until you switch it off). Turning Switched on off keeps it saved but hidden, whatever the dates say.
Several can run at once: bars stack in list order (up to 3); the first live pop-up in the list is the pop-up. Opens after (seconds) sets the pop-up delay.
Promotions don't show on ad landing pages. Live promotions are added to your chatbot's knowledge.
Automations can switch promotions on and off and start a workflow when one goes live or ends.
