How it works
- Email style sets how the emails you send customers look — inbox replies, messages from Customers, automatic follow-ups and automations. You can also pick a different style for a single message when you write it.
- Signature goes above your business name, phone and website at the bottom of every email. Then Save email style.
- Logo, brand colour, phone and address come from Business info. SVG logos don't show in email — upload a PNG or JPG there.
- Reach it from Business info (Email style button) or Email → Manage addresses → Choose a style. Only an admin can change it.
