- They're an automation Presora switches on for you: "Remind people the day before their booking" — it thanks people as soon as they book and emails a reminder 24 hours before.
- Find it in Automations under Presora defaults: switch it off there, or Open it to change the wording or timing.
- Your AI employee can also change the reminder's timing for you through a plan you confirm.
