How it works
- Answer from live data: the inbox, customers and the pipeline, website pages, the setup checklist, help on where everything is in Presora — only what the person asking could open themselves.
- Prepare actions as cards to confirm: a reply to an email, a new email, a note on a customer, moving a customer to another stage. Nothing is sent or changed until they press the button (or say "send it").
- Set the business up through plans: it proposes changes to real settings (automations and their numbers, the AI blog writer, booking rules, the chatbot, shop delivery/checkout/payments…) on a plan card; "Apply" changes them one by one and the card has "Undo".
- Manage automations: "make an automation that thanks people who fill in the quote form", "wait 2 days instead of 1 in the review request", "switch off the weekly digest", "delete the old one". It shows a card with what the automation does; Apply creates or changes it (1 AI credit for a new or changed one), and the card has Undo.
- Change wording on the website: ask "change 'Four steps. Zero surprises.' to 'Four key steps'" and it shows a card with the old text crossed out and the new text; Apply change puts it live, and the site's History can undo it.
- Offer a "Modify website" button that rewrites the home page to answer what visitors asked but couldn't find (one AI credit, only when asked).
- It can't: change the plan or billing, connect a domain, invite teammates, or change things the person's access doesn't allow — it points to the page, or to an admin.
- Past conversations are kept under "History" in the chat, and "New chat" starts a fresh one. Members see their own; admins see everyone's. Today's briefing is the written morning summary.
